- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS software
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and walk-in bookings
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain financial accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Perform nightly audits and generate occupancy reports
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Ability to work independently during high-traffic weekend periods
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and services
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
