Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in efficiently and professionally.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, answering inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and reservation details.
- Handle check-out processes, including processing payments and printing folios with accuracy.
- Assist guests with special requests, such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local directions.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition at all times.
- Manage the hotel's key management system and security protocols to ensure guest safety.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
