Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using our property management system
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate housekeeping requests and maintenance reports seamlessly
- Provide local recommendations for attractions, dining, and activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, RMS)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Colorado Springs attractions and logistics
