Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation modifications and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and service issues proactively
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and professionalism
- Assist with valet and concierge services as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel software
- Ability to work weekends and holidays consistently
- Valid Texas driver's license for valet duties
- Basic knowledge of Houston attractions and services
