- Handle reservation inquiries and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using problem-solving techniques
- Maintain accurate billing records and payment processing
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Uphold cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Serve as a local Memphis ambassador for guest recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) and flexibility
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Exceptional communication in English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of Memphis attractions and events
