Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using conflict resolution best practices
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and financial transactions in property management systems
- Execute upselling techniques for room upgrades and hotel amenities
- Ensure lobby and common areas maintain pristine standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Valid Minnesota hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis attractions and transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
