Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts using resort management systems
- Handle reservation modifications and special requests with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Act as local tourism ambassador for Phoenix attractions and events
- Maintain clean and organized front desk environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
