As a Weekend Front Desk Agent, you'll be the face of our luxury resort, handling check-ins, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless guest operations. We offer competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth within our renowned hospitality group.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional service
- Process payments and manage financial transactions securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Operate property management systems (PMS) with precision and efficiency
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain meticulous records of guest feedback and incident reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or customer service role
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, FOSSE, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 6AM-2PM/2PM-10PM)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of Mesa attractions and local services
- Professional appearance and warm, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
