Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS software
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing
- Resolve guest inquiries with prompt and personalized solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate logs of guest requests and incidents
- Process payments and manage cash drawer procedures
- Uphold resort safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules including holidays
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
