Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm professionalism and attention to detail
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Act as hotel ambassador providing local recommendations and assistance
- Uphold stringent cleanliness and safety standards at the front desk area
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Sacramento attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
