- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and guest communications
- Uphold resort standards of cleanliness and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for cohesive guest experiences
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced weekend environments
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for resort shuttle duties)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience
