Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with personalized service
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera property management system
- Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and amenities
- Uphold stringent cleanliness and safety standards throughout guest areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of San Diego attractions and local events
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
