Responsibilities
- Provide personalized guest assistance, recommendations, and reservations for local dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions
- Manage VIP guest requests, transportation arrangements, and special occasion preparations
- Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, maintaining a calm demeanor during high-volume periods
- Process payments, manage inventories, and maintain accurate documentation of guest interactions
- Conduct regular lobby area inspections to ensure premium presentation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or customer service experience in luxury/premium segment
- Deep knowledge of Raleigh attractions, dining scene, and local transportation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to anticipate guest needs
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday/Sunday) plus occasional holidays
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and reservation management systems
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
