Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm professionalism and attention to detail
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries using our proprietary PMS system
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Act as local concierge, providing personalized recommendations for New Orleans attractions
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication skills and multilingual abilities (Spanish/French preferred)
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans tourism and cultural attractions
