Responsibilities
- Execute warm and efficient check-ins and check-outs for all guests, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling inquiries regarding amenities and local attractions.
- Process payments accurately using the Property Management System (PMS) and reconcile daily financial reports.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues to the manager when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces to uphold our high standards of luxury.
- Assist with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and concierge services to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to all hotel security protocols and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems, specifically Property Management Software (e.g., Oracle Opera, Little Hotelier) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate luggage (up to 25 lbs).
