Responsibilities
- Execute efficient guest check-ins and check-outs using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage reservations and modify bookings while ensuring high accuracy.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services promptly.
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
