Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments, manage cash operations, and reconcile daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) for room assignments and availability
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work weekends and holidays with flexible availability
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of Miami tourism attractions and transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
