Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests, ensuring a premium first impression from the moment they arrive.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the registration process, including verifying identities, processing payments, and issuing room keys using property management software.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly, directing messages and resolving issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints and special requests with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces to uphold our high standards of hospitality.
- Reporting: Accurately document guest feedback, incidents, and daily activities in the shift log.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, concierge, or customer service role is preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS) are required.
- Professionalism: High school diploma or equivalent required; fluency in English is mandatory.
