As a Weekend Agent, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring every guest feels valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive. We pride ourselves on our high standards of service and offer a supportive work environment for our dedicated staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and a seamless check-in process.
- Manage the front desk operations during peak weekend hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and luggage handling.
- Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Address guest complaints, requests, and special needs with patience, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or hotel management certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, including experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
