As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable stay. We offer competitive shift differentials for weekend availability, making it easier to enjoy your time off during the busy week.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage incoming phone calls and guest inquiries with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and balance the daily shift.
- Assist with guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Ensure security protocols are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Strong computer proficiency with Windows and PMS experience.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., luggage).
