The Role
You will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they walk through the door.
Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Operations Management: Manage daily front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, handling mail and packages, and processing payments accurately.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary liaison between guests and hotel management, addressing inquiries, special requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Visual Presentation: Maintain the lobby and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and visual appeal.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service.
- Policy Adherence: Uphold all hotel policies, safety regulations, and brand standards with integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and rotating shifts.
- Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and MS Office Suite is a plus.
- Appearance: Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
