Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out with a warm, personalized welcome, ensuring a seamless start to their stay.
- Manage phone inquiries, emails, and in-person requests with efficiency and a smile.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Maintain a pristine lobby environment, including organizing the reception desk and common areas.
- Assist with guest parking management and coordinate luggage services.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred but not required; we value attitude over experience.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, polished appearance.
- Proficiency with computers and property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate luggage (up to 25 lbs).
- Valid driverβs license and proof of insurance.
