Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including verifying identification and collecting payments.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries and making reservations with precision.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Operate hotel management software (PMS) to update guest information and track room availability.
- Monitor the lobby and common areas to ensure the property remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Proficiency with computers and property management systems (e.g., Opera, MyGate).
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine "guest-first" attitude.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
