Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Reservations Management: Assist with room assignments, manage reservations, and maximize occupancy rates using the PMS.
- Communication Hub: Act as the central point of contact, coordinating seamlessly with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams.
- Security & Safety: Verify guest identities, maintain security in the lobby and public areas, and adhere to all hotel safety protocols.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, process payments, and update guest profiles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk operations, or customer service is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Availability: Must be reliable and available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance, professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable working with computers and reservation software (training provided).
- Problem Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues calmly under pressure.
