Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Handle reservation inquiries and room assignments using PMS software
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with exceptional service
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Execute upselling strategies to maximize revenue
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Fort Worth attractions and transportation
