Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and concierge assistance
- Manage reservation systems, handle billing inquiries, and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information per company protocols
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and balance daily transactions
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and adherence to safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years experience in hotel front desk or customer service role
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication skills and multilingual abilities (Spanish/Chinese a plus)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Valid work authorization and ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic knowledge of NYC attractions and transportation systems
