- Act as primary point of contact for guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Perform nightly audits and maintain financial records

Qualifications
- 1+ years of front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license preferred
