Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/out procedures with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing
- Resolve guest inquiries and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera) for daily operations
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Provide local recommendations to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hotel experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
