Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to guests
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Texas hospitality certification a plus
