Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Manage reservation systems and handle billing inquiries accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with security team during emergency situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing
- Valid Georgia driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
