Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using property management systems
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise on Denver attractions
- Process payments, manage room assignments, and maintain accurate reservation records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to resolve guest requests
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and hotel amenities
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment
- Participate in daily shift briefings and team huddles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional errands)
