Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and manage billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel services and amenities
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Valid NYC Food Handler's Certificate
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus
