Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management system.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate reservations and room assignments.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for arrival.
- Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Provide local recommendations and concierge services to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety at the front desk area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, RoomMaster).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, guest-first attitude.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
