Responsibilities
- Seamlessly manage guest check-ins/checkouts using our state-of-the-art PMS system
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and efficiency, exceeding service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure flawless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Upsell premium amenities and local experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain security protocols and safeguard guest confidentiality
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask during high-volume periods
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
