Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area to ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Process check-ins and check-outs for guests or employees with accuracy and efficiency.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, routing them appropriately and taking detailed messages.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Monitor building security systems and maintain accurate access logs.
- Assist visitors with directions, inquiries, and general information.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and visitor information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk agent is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and a professional appearance.
