Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to arriving guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Operations Support: Process payments accurately using the property management system (PMS) and handle cash handling duties.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, route messages, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready.
- Front Desk Management: Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
- Sales and Marketing: Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and special packages to drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
