Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using property management systems
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Process payments and manage reservation modifications
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and diplomatically
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Multilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license (for valet duties)
