Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage daily hotel operations, including answering phones, taking reservations, and responding to emails.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Assist with key management and room status updates in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in front desk reception or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
