Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes.
- Manage staff schedules, assign shifts, and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Conduct nightly security rounds and facility inspections to ensure safety standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and handle cash handling and reporting accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, health codes, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, OpenTable) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available for shift work and willing to cover open shifts when necessary.
