Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in arriving guests late at night, ensuring a welcoming and secure atmosphere.
  • Process check-outs and manage late-night payments using the hotel Property Management System (PMS).
  • Answer incoming phone lines and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or guest services.
  • Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety of guests and property during the shift.
  • Restock the front desk area with stationery, brochures, and amenities as needed.
  • Assist in the coordination of early morning wake-up calls and valet services.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on courtesy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate objects.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish is highly preferred.
