As a Night Shift Agent, you are the first and last face our guests see. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests feel safe, welcomed, and comfortable during the quieter hours of the night. Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in arriving guests late at night, ensuring a welcoming and secure atmosphere.
- Process check-outs and manage late-night payments using the hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone lines and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or guest services.
- Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety of guests and property during the shift.
- Restock the front desk area with stationery, brochures, and amenities as needed.
- Assist in the coordination of early morning wake-up calls and valet services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on courtesy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate objects.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish is highly preferred.
