Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and payment processing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera, etc.) for operations
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid CA driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of San Francisco attractions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
