Responsibilities
- Execute smooth check-in and check-out procedures for all guests using property management software.
- Answer incoming phone lines and respond to email inquiries with a friendly and professional tone.
- Process cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions with high accuracy.
- Maintain the security and cleanliness of the reception area and common areas.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
