Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information regarding hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby and common areas to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology.
