Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, professional greetings to all guests and answer incoming calls with a friendly voice.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system, ensuring all necessary paperwork and payment methods are processed accurately.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with patience and a problem-solving mindset to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Process daily credit card transactions and maintain accurate daily bank deposits and closing reports.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and public areas meet our high cleanliness standards.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as mail sorting, front desk organization, and lobby maintenance.
  • Provide local recommendations and directions to enhance the guest stay.

Qualifications

  • No prior hospitality experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
