Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival at the front desk with a smile.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails regarding reservations and general inquiries.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and hotel amenities.
- Maintain a pristine and organized reception area and lobby environment.
- Handle cash transactions and balance the daily register at the end of the shift.
- Address guest complaints or concerns with patience and professional problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor are mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn reservation software quickly.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
