As the Front Desk Manager, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and concierge services.
- Supervise and mentor front desk staff to ensure high standards of service and compliance with hotel policies.
- Handle complex guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with poise and professionalism.
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate room inventory and rate management.
- Conduct nightly audits and opening/closing procedures to ensure security and safety protocols are met.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel front desk operations, including 1+ year in a supervisory role.
- Strong command of English, with additional languages a significant plus.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Smith Travel).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
