Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the hotel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Oversee financial management, including budget preparation, forecasting, and cost control.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local government and community leaders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and managing budgets effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (bilingual preferred).
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
