Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage the hotel's financial performance, including P&L analysis, budget preparation, and cost control measures.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse staff of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and corporate partners.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a General Manager or Executive role.
- Proven ability to drive revenue, increase profitability, and exceed operational targets.
- Strong command of industry trends, technology, and market dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Valid Illinois driver's license and willingness to travel for business.
