Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel front desk management experience
- Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS hotel systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ohio hospitality management certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid Ohio driver's license
