Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff, scheduling, and performance management
- Handle VIP guest requests and resolve complex service issues
- Manage reservation systems and room inventory optimization
- Train team on hotel software and service standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Implement revenue management strategies for room bookings
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel front desk management experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis tourism and attractions
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred
- Valid Minnesota Food Handler's License
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus
